Many, many people have tried to make changes in their lives only to be defeated once again. After 30 years of experimenting with diets and weight loss products, I finally discovered hypnosis and the permanent benefits. Or maybe you've tried to quit smoking using the patch or some other method but just can't stop thinking about smoking.
We are all controlled by our inner thoughts, I explain them as our inner monkeys. Each of us has experienced hypnosis but we are unaware of it. Have you ever been driving in your car on a familiar route and you gap out or are unaware of parts of your journey? That is driving hypnosis. When you are in that state you are operating by your subconscious mind where all of your habits are formed.
So when we try to make changes, like stop smoking, eat better, enjoy exercise, overcome a fear, stop thinking about a former relationship, improve your self-confidence, or reduce your stress, we need to change the monkeys.
Our conscious brain is 12% of our mind, so think of one monkey on that side....our subscious is 88% of our mind, so think of nine monkeys on that side. Those nine monkeys control us. In order to make lasting changes, we need to talk to those nine monkeys...in hypnosis we can talk to them!
Hypnosis is wonderfully relaxing. Your session will be recorded on a cd for you to reinforce the session.
After I experienced personal benefit from hypnosis, I then started researching hypnosis and started my own investigation and education into the field of hypnosis. I took extensive training plus attend the National Guild of Hypnotists' Conference each year and after hypnotizing well over 1,000 persons I am now a fully qualified Master Hypnotist.
